Refund and Cancellation Policy


At Zest Home Reset, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and preparation for every service, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through Zest Home Reset.
 
Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service appointment are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
     

Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule their appointment subject to availability.

  • We recommend requesting changes at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees or forfeiture.
     

Arrival Access

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

  • If our team is unable to access the property within a reasonable waiting period, the appointment may be considered a cancellation.

If there are concerns regarding the quality of service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can make it right.
