Welcome to Zest Home Reset. By accessing our website or booking services with Zest Home Reset, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

1. Services

Zest Home Reset provides residential cleaning and specialty home care services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard Cleaning

  • Deep Reset Cleaning

  • Airbnb Turnovers

  • Move In / Move Out Cleaning

  • Recurring Cleaning

  • Organizing Add-Ons

All services are subject to availability, staffing, scheduling, and confirmation.
 

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All pricing displayed on the website is a starting estimate and may change depending on the size, condition, accessibility, and complexity of the property.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Excessive buildup or neglect

    • Pet hair or bio-related cleanup

    • Excessive clutter

    • Additional rooms or areas not disclosed during booking

    • Specialty requests or add-ons

  • Zest Home Reset reserves the right to adjust pricing upon arrival if the actual condition of the property differs materially from the booking details provided.
     

3. Payments

  • Payment may be required in full or in part prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • By submitting payment, the client authorizes Zest Home Reset to charge the agreed amount for booked services and approved add-ons.

  • Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of service.
     

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

  • Same-day cancellations, lockouts, denied entry, or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, when applicable, are processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment provider.
     

Zest Home Reset reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving fraudulent disputes, abuse of policy, or misrepresentation.
 

5. Access & Property Conditions

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and lawful access to the property

  • Ensuring utilities such as running water and electricity are available

  • Securing pets where necessary

  • Informing us of hazards, fragile items, or special conditions before service

Zest Home Reset reserves the right to refuse, stop, or reschedule service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable scope, threatening, or hazardous to staff.
 

6. Satisfaction Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed appointment.
 

Zest Home Reset may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer a touch-up service,

  • Provide partial service credit,

  • Or determine that the service was completed within reasonable professional standards.
     

Refunds are not guaranteed based solely on subjective dissatisfaction.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Zest Home Reset shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service appointment in dispute.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Wear and tear

    • Improperly installed fixtures

    • Damage resulting from unstable furniture, loose items, aged materials, or poor maintenance

    • Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable


Clients agree to inspect services promptly after completion.
 

8. Photos & Marketing

Zest Home Reset may photograph completed work for quality assurance, training, or marketing purposes. Any identifying personal information will be avoided whenever reasonably possible.
 

If a client prefers that no photos be taken, written notice must be provided before the appointment.
 

9. Right to Refuse Service

Zest Home Reset reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Unsafe environments

  • Harassment or inappropriate conduct

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Unsanitary or hazardous conditions outside normal residential cleaning scope

  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
     

10. Independent Contractors & Scheduling

Appointment times are estimated arrival windows and may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, emergencies, staffing, or prior appointments.
 

Zest Home Reset shall not be held responsible for delays outside reasonable control.
 

11. Website Use

All branding, logos, graphics, text, designs, and content on Zest Home Reset are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
 

Any disputes arising from services or website use shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
 

13. Modifications

Zest Home Reset reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
